REGISTRATION / PAYMENTS FEE STRUCTURE
Students enrolled in Dance Arts Core Ballet Classes and Irish Dance classes are registered for both the fall and spring semesters and do not need to re-enroll in the spring. Fees for Core Ballet Classes and Irish Classes are based on a nine month billing program (September – May) and are broken into even monthly payments. First month’s payment is due at time of registration. Monthly fees are non-refundable and not prorated for holidays, vacations, illnesses or snow days. Tuition is due by the 20th of the month in advance for the following month. Late payments will be assessed a $10 fee. Additional months’ payments may be paid in advance at any time. All other classes will be registered for by semester. To withdraw your child from the program, submit a two week written notice prior to the start of the next month to the Dance Arts Director. If you do not provide a two week notice, you will be responsible for payment of the following month.
Due to our current restrictions in the facility and our studios this fall and most likely into the spring, we will not be having a traditional performance. Instead, we will hold in studio recitals for each level at the last class in May. These recitals will be held for parents to watch via zoom. There will not be any performance or costume fees this year, as the in-class recitals are free. We will resume the performance in 2022, and will resume performance and costumes fees in fall of 2021.
Adults and children with prior training should contact the Dance Arts Director for a placement audition at 217-398-2376.
New students will not be accepted for Core Ballet/Irish Dance Classes after October 1.
