Improve and enhance your body’s strength, flexibility, and balance as we focus on the whole body. This gentle class will also help relieve stress and tension as we learn yoga postures, meditation, and breathing exercises.

FOREVER FIT

Ages 15+

Beginners and active seniors; enjoy fun music, easy-to-follow moves, and a friendly atmosphere in a class that improves flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, muscular strength, and endurance. We combine light cardio (to strengthen heart and lungs) with strength training to make this a workout you’ll look forward to.

Power Vinyasa Yoga helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and joy. The structure of this class is designed to include all bodies and levels with many modifications and variations. Notice the differences in your mind, body, breath. Bring a mat, 1 to 2 yoga blocks, and water.

BURN AND BLAST 

Burn and Blast is a sweaty fun time. This class is filled with multiple interval sections that target your legs, arms, and core for a full-body burn! The intervals will vary between body weight/cardio moves and weight training. There are plenty of modifications to adapt to beginner/advanced, come as you are regardless of where you are on your fitness journey! Please bring your own mat.

MATT PILATES | NEW!

Ages 15+

Mat Pilates helps promote strength, stability, and flexibility and is great for all ages, body types and fitness levels. It focuses on improving posture and balance while targeting the “powerhouse” muscles. These muscles include the glutes, hips, pelvic floor, and lower back. Mat Pilates is a low-impact class that will challenge you in a safe environment while helping you achieve your personal fitness goals! Mats are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own mat.

Work at your own pace as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that’ll have you sweating and your muscles burning. Feel strong, powerful, and accomplished leaving Boot Camp class! Please bring your own mat.

INTERVAL WALKING CLASS | NEW!

Ages 18+

This 45-minute class focuses on good walking technique, speed, strength, and FUN! Walking workouts can be as casual or vigorous as you want them to be. By adding speed intervals and muscle strengthening exercises to you walk, you can work up a good sweat and give your body a great workout!
