Group Fitness @ Leonhard

BOOT CAMP | VIRTUAL!

This intermediate/advanced circuit training style class incorporates cardio, bodyweight exercises, strength conditioning, and athletic drills to ensure the muscle and performance change you are looking for. In Boot Camp class we start as a team and finish as a team! This class will get your heart rate up quickly to maximize benefits.

Kristen will be leading a virtual class while streaming to our participants via Zoom. Participants will receive the recurring Zoom meeting link by email the day before the class starts.

HATHA YOGA

Improve and enhance your body’s strength, flexibility, and balance as we focus on the whole body. This gentle class will also help relieve stress and tension as we learn yoga postures, meditation, and breathing exercises.

Group Fitness @ Springer

DANCE FITNESS

Ages 15+
Workout to a variety of music styles including Latin and International music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, experience based on the principle that a workout should be “fun and easy to do.” Routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. This program is a great workout for both the body and the mind.

BOLLY FITNESS

Ages 15+
Burn calories, tone key muscle groups and relieve stress. Incorporating all the Latin rhythms you know and love with a focus on additional styles such as Bhangra, Bollywood, and Garba.

PREPARING FOR BIRTH

Ages 18+
Explore and enjoy this special and life changing time in your life! Learn exercises, massage techniques and other comfort measures during pregnancy and labor. Based on the Lamaze philosophy of six healthy birth practices, you will learn to make informed decisions based on the latest scientific evidence. Focus on maintaining a healthy pregnancy, expectations during labor and empower yourself to give birth with confidence.
